RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you. The products must be in the same condition, original packaging and unused, bearing the original labels and accessories as well. Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with the product care card, invoice and packaging included (Carton box, carton bag, diamond certificate etc.); otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund except the tax and duties. We would like to kindly inform you that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Custom duties and taxes are non refundable. Once we have received your returned item, it can take up to 3-5 days to process your refund based on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation of this once it has been completed. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank. 

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS 

Should you want to amend your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your initial order so a new purchase can be made. Once your order has been shipped, amendments and cancellations with the courier are not possible. We recommend returning your order and placing a new one.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS 

We do offer customers personalized design options from time to time. Since personalized items cannot be put on sale for other customers, we kindly inform you that they are excluded from return and refund policies. Once an order for a personalized item is placed, it becomes final and non-refundable.

 

All personalized items may be canceled before production begins. If a customer wishes to cancel, they must contact us at info@melezatelier.com to confirm the status of their order. If production has not yet started, the cancellation request will be accepted, and the customer will be notified accordingly. ir.
